Commissary & Register Rewards

Exciting news:

After my successful Walgreens trip yesterday I still have $13 Register Rewards left to spend.  It doesn't expire till the 18th, but then I read somewhere that some commissaries accept Register Rewards bc if you look at it they are Manu Coupons.  SOOOO I emailed the store director at my commissary and she said indeed they DO accept it! If you are by a base then MAKE SURE you check with the store manager first to see if your store will accept it even though on the commissary facebook says they do (click here).

You know how impatient I am so I found the commissary facebook note while I was waiting for her answer, lol! 

Keep in mind that if the RR says "Redeemable ONLY" at a XYZ store then you cannot use it at the commissary.  If it says "Redeemable at" XYZ store and which the RR does say that then they should be able to take it.  BUT AGAIN - CHECK WITH YOUR STORE MANAGER FIRST BEFORE GOING TO THE REGISTER!!!!

If your store is anything like mine then you will get a few dirty looks from the cashiers.  I swear the commissary cashiers are the worst ones!!!! It's like you are asking for a kidney if you ask them to do one extra step like scan the coupons...buddy, it's your job!
