I know from previous times when I had overage and no other items in the transaction the register would beep, but according to the Walgreens' policy the cashier must adjust the coupon down.  Or you other option to avoid this is to add them in with your other transactions.

ALSO, you can wait till next week, 8/14 where Walgreens will have the EXPO Dry Erase 6 pk for $3.99 and combine it with Walgreens August coupon ($3 off each pack) will make it also FREE!
